+ summer school is officially OVER!!!!!!!! now i don't hafta think about school for anothe rmonth and a half! yessssssssssirrrreeee!!!!! soo excited..now summer vacation is actually starting for real..althoguh its already packed with stuff..its exciting! =) well, since stm was over, i've been working my butt off at school for a week and a half..pretty much..actually less only a week and monday, and finished accoutnign and english..and today i went to school and did my math exam which was fairly easy..pretty much a total copy of the review..lucky us..i guess htey just wanted us out of there as much as we wanted out..hmm then went to chris's house and at lunch and stuff then went to stc to watch i robot. GOOD MOVIE!!! it keeps u on the edge of yoru seat..but not a scary movie..and its only rated PG so its good for kids too..the robot faces are really freaky though..especially when they open their eyes really fast and look mad...*shudders* hmmm also watched dodgeball last week which was funny..but it coulda been better if it was less predictable...then yesterday was small groups, and it was a different experience for me becuase i dont' realy know the people there that well adn they're all really close..but i guess i'll get closer w/them in time. small gruops is really encourageing..the worship and stuff that we do. and just being able to debate about different stuff about our faith

+ anyways, that's the low-down for the past week and a half..just really really borign everyday, getting no sleep and stressing out like mad over homework! well, catching up with stm stuff has been pretty hard to do. i've been DYING to email the counsellours and practice the dances and stuff, but things have been busy..well, anyways, for the people who wanna know about stm, here are some edited excerpts from my journal:

June 29th
Woke up at 4am this mornign to get ready and go to the airport...mom made me breakfast!! =) we took a flight to chicago and then to nashville, and we ate dinner there. The counsellours Rebecca and B.O.D. (big ol' dork) drove us back. got to this town a bit north of nashville called adams, and then settled in and started meeting new people. Nighttime worship was AMAZING, and then we had a talk about purpose, proclamation, purity, and passion..pretty tired and ready to sleep 
 
June 30th
today was our first day of training on the base, and i met lotsa people today! everyone is mostly caucasian and have southern accents, which is realy cooll..i wonder how its gonnn abe like celebrating canada day with them...all the other teams' kids are a lot younger...(13,14,15) but its really encouraging to see their passion for God..at such as young age too. i guess one of my expectations is to try to be a better role model for them...especially the ones going to Atlanta

July 1st
Happy Canada Day!Today was an amazing day--so many things happened, so basically summarizing everything as i go along. Quiet times are a big part of each day, as well as a prayer walk..just enjoyign nature and praying for whatever is on your heart...i felt alot closer to God here with the trees and flowers and black mostquitoes than i usually do at home...The message tonight was about Jesus being passionate to be our bride..he's always waiting for us, so we have to wait for him as well..a Passion Play was put on..it was totally moving, adn i saw my sins written down on a piece of paper with a nail on it..and put ina  bag that was nailed to the cross with Christ...it really reminded just how much more his pain was..becuase of our sins..every single one of us

+ stm was the most amazing experience ever...when i have time i'm gonna write out my journal on blogger..sharing night is on July 30th around 7 at TJCAC
+ done accounting and english today! english was 11 pages long..but..i shouldn't complain...just glad that its over *sigh* now theres math to do..gonna be done that on wednesday then i'm FREEEEE!!!!!!!
