hahaha..this morning

this morning, my sister put hand soap on her toothbrush and almost brushed her teeth with it!!! HAHAHAHHA *breathes* teehee. it was funny.

today...

- i saw A BURNING CAR!!! like, really on fire, it was FLAMING!!!
- i made my first purchase on eBAY, a sandisk sd memory card 512mb =D
- softball forms came out for this summer!! SO EXCITING!! heehee. dot[COM] is gonna be the most FUN ever! "fun times"....
- went to jap buffet and stuffed my face. 3 plates of seaweed salad!! MMM.

WOW, if there is anyday to feel OVERWHELMED, its today! i don't know what just came over me but here i am sitting in front of my computer, not really talking to anyone and not knowing what to do. so i was thinking..and then i realized i had to fold my laundry. and then i saw a pile of papers sitting on my desk that i had to put into my binders (to keep from having ALL my notes in one big, messy pile which was totally pissing me off earlier this term cuz my binders were at home and i refused to buy the one-inch ones for $5 at the WLU bookstore).
ANYWAY!!! maybe i'm thinking too much but its already getting to be a very very long week! EVIE, i know what you mean by a PANIC ATTACK! i think i'm having one!
lets start at the beginning...

PANIC ATTACK #1
so i was talking to my mom on MSN today, and she told me that i had to call my orthodontist cuz theres another appointment in march sometime. and then i hafta decide when to go for my last free-OHIP eye appointment in april. and she asked me to go to missionfest with her to see this women's convention thing in march. and then i realized that i'd hafta schedule in all this stuff in with work, assignments, and final exams! and its my gramma's birthday this weekend, and my aunt's coming to visit from the states, and...it goes on. but yeah..it doesn't help that i have assignments due EVERY SINGLE WEEk of march..and exams etc.

PANIC ATTACK #2
soo many assignments! i thought it'd be over last week, but noooo. this week is a lil' breather i guess, after my soc assignemnt tmw, but next week will be a matter of survival. if i've learned anything from university, its that you should always start early on assignments and finish them before the night before, and also read the material before the night before your midterm. it doesn't help that i'm ...really lazy!! which is bad...but yeah..last night i slept like 9 hours which is more than i got in 2 days last week, and woke up feeling super groggy. *sigh*

PANIC ATTACK #3
this started last week...there are too many peopel in waterloo to see everyone! at lifesong last week, i finally got to see ppl that i haven't seen since last term...and it was so good! but then i realized that we have so much catching up to do and that i don't spend enough time with people...and then people back home, i miss them! definitly need a catching up day..

*sigh* this doesn't sound like soooo bad i guess. so why am i feeling like this? i think evie got the answer @women's cell...at the times where we're the most happy/organized/at peace with ourselves, thats when the spiritual battle is hardest...and we can lose touch with ourselves and God...

hmm well other than that...this week had its bright sides!

Random bright sides of the week:

- getting my first icoke.ca points, since the caf/terrace has these new cards which everyone keeps getting..and giving to me! thanks. =) on the way to free movie tickets so i can take chris on a date..haha...

- finishing bu121 midterm on saturday and surviving! it wasn't too bad. and it makes you feel lots better when u find out NO ONE else's balance sheet balanced either!

- going to an opera on sunday by WLU music students. and it was free! and it was really good! justin says: "look at you, so cultured" haha.

- going to viet (beside bbtease) on sunday for lunch with WLU & WATERLOO people and watching carson kill jokes. and aaron make things AWKWARD. and aaron c.'s colour blind friend...

- going to viet AGAIN for dinner after the opera with tracy and watching howard eat a jalepeno pepper and watching his face scrunch up in pain! j/k. it was pretty funnie though.

- today being such a BEAUTIFUL, SUNNY DAY!! summer is coming soon and that means school will be over soon and..AHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!! *getting excited*

- watching HEATH LEDGER SMILE while watching "10 things i hate about you" at women's cell today! i think my heart MELTED..a few times. *sigh* and tracy,ev,amy and i had dinner..mac&cheese, instant greenbeans, and spinach salad..mMM.

- i just realized i spend alot of money on food!! and i've almost hit the freshman 10...AHH!!! put the two together and...see the problem. haah this is not a good thing. gym time this week will be wed, thurs and friday. muhaha

- me and chris are OK. =D and tmw is our 22 months....ahh!!!

- applying for lccf committee next year, i have this really good feeling about it! its gonna be fun...and also a growing experience! i guess..its something i really feel like God is telling me to do now, and i've seen that through all the support we're getting and just so many things that are happening right now through devos and talks with friends...

OH YEAH!
and lccf WINTER RETREAT!!! was awesomes, even though i was sick the whole weekend. definitely learned alot from the speaker's message...nobody wanted to go home...cuz it was way too short! hehe.

haha..i totally brought that one on myself...

WOW. its been a crazy week, and now is certainly not time i should be using to blog! but theres just so much on my mind, up until a few minutes ago when i was outside walking home, and looked up at the sky. It was snowing and everything was just so beautiful..it wasn't anything special, and yet it was different and everything that has happened in the past week was just forgotten for a second. This peace came over me and it was so awesome! I duno..at the beginning of this week...which was two days ago, i was feeling really stressed out about these two mid-terms coming up on thurs and fri. what made it worse was that for both courses i haven't even opened the textbooks, and on top of that the BUSINESS CASE is due on friday! which as u can guess i haven't started. no surprise there. =P but yeah...i will surely kick myself in the butt for that once this horrible week is over! oh wait..its NOT HORRIBLE anymore. i'm feeling better...yeah..i'm sorry to you if i've been rude/impatient..its something i'm working on, and still learning to do! with God's help =)

anyway, I DID IT!! committee application. i think it was kinda..1 day and 20 minutes late on my part but wow it took longer than most of my assignments since the day i told myself to do it! it wasn't even doubt or anything but it was me being lazy. but i felt that..if God wanted me to do it...i would do it! if that makes sense. :S but yeah...hmm...can't wait till this weekend!

can't wait till "NO-SCHOOL-THURSDAYS" come back...oh yeah.and "NO-SCHOOL-FRIDAYS" too. hehe. also looking forward to reading week esp LCCF Winter Retreat from the 17-19..gona be so much fun! gotta go get me some snowpants this weekend..heh. pray for snow guys!

hmm now i guess its back to studying!! Oh yeah..my working out everyday thing also isn't working..i went on monday, and then for the rest of the day plus today my shoulders and legs are killing me!! therse NO WAY i'm going back there. ahhhhhhhh!! shows how out of shape i am...haha..maybe i'll go back..next week. and don't worry andrew, i'll have those abs!! even if its only ONE..BIG ONE.

our christmas decorations are finally down!! except for the ones on the door cuz they annoy people !! *teehee* can't believe january is almost over and theres still no snow! its been raining like almost every other day or at least ice-rain. gross canadian weather! hopefully it snows before winter camp cuz it would be so much MORE fun if there was snow! and a snow-ball fight! *grins*
anyways, wednesday was CCF and we had cranium night...it was pretty fun, but kinda weird! we played a scavenger hunt but nobody foudn anythign so we just got a workout runing around st.mikes..then we played some horse and rider game and i was the rider and sam was the horse...ahh!! it was crazy injuries..but so funny..everyone just kinda fell off and ran into each other. and this is what happened to my knee...gross isn't it!!

then on THURSDAY, went to weekly lunch w/Laura and had a good talk! talks w/laura are always so encouraging and seriously needed =) thanks hun! then did some work, went to do some house stuff again--checked out our leases at legal services with sarah and howard..haha sarah yo'rue so FUNNY. i'll never forget you carrying yoru suitcase around campus. hahahhaa. then went for 39 cent WINGS w/alison, jess, and bryan (brian?) @voodoo lounge. wow..so much good stuff happens on thursdays! and i just found out that dooly's is FREE for girls on thurs. wow...FREE STUFF!! chinese ppl like free stuff...we should do that for a ccf program!! or at least cell group *heh* I LOVE THURSDAYS. no school thursdays. FRIDAYS too.

we played our second innter-tube waterpolo game!sooo fun but so tiring me and heidi were the only two girls so we played the ENTIRE game. but so fun!

anyway, since today is FRIDAY..oh how i love fridays, went to play basketball with justin x 2, howard, jon, ej, and this guy thats tall and is really good at rebounding!!! =) haha..oops i don't remembe rhis name. *sigh* I DON'T REMEMBER ANYTHING!! i need memory pills..gonan go get some before exams haha i swear the dr would probably prescribe them to me if i get ppl to tell him how much stuff i forget..well after that we went to brunch with ccf people

thanks for coming to visit mee!! tried to study for a bit and then went to the mall and then went to eat..and also went to drop of the leases for 78 seagram which is actually where we're gona live! home of the laziest second year students EVER...sooo close to business buildings and so sweet. we just have to get interviewed to make sure we are "quiet, non-rowdy university students who want to study and don't have parties". HAHHAHAHAHHAHHHAHA.........

well its off to do more reading now!! mann..so much work to do this weekend! and so much 24 to watch! LOTS to do

WOW. I now know the true meaning of boredom = economics class!!! ack..i walked outside in the freezing cold that long 1 minute walk to bricker academic, and our prof was 15 minutes late. on top of that she has an accent (which isn't her fault, cuz she's austrailian) but it BUGS me!! on top of that i was tired and just came from business 121 for 1.5 hrs. on top of that economics is just uber-boring in general. on top of that...me and chris broke up for like 5 seconds this morning which was pretty scary...no thats not the word for it..whatever i hope he knows he's a POOHEAD.i can only pray that things get better...theres only so much one can do (FATE, IS IT?)well everything's in God's hands for me =) gotta stay strong cuz its the only thing that keeps me going...

anyway, just got back from the library for the business venture project, and we ended up finishing alot earlier than expected. then..went to the 6th floor and found the most AMAZING BUSINESS PLAN BOOKS!! who woulda thought i'd get excited about books, but yeah...they're soo AWESOME! the table of contents was completely wow-ing. our venture thing is gonna ROCK everyon'es socks off. i took out four of them, and my group-mate took like 10. wow...they were heavy and then i stopoped at the book store and finally gave in and bought my textbooks for soc that i DON'T EVEN WANT. *sigh* why are we forced to spend hundreds on textbooks we won't read? well..yeah so now my shelves have books on them! lots n' lots so if u need books come over and take some from me!!! =) and now i look nerdy!!! *grins* 8D

THANK GOD we found a house!!! 348 spruce street, which is about a 12 minute walk. its a very good looking house at a very good price. and since its for 5 people, our landlord checked it out and said we could have one more person in the living room which is just AWESOME!! haha now dan and howard don't have to share a room :P but yeha...its only 3 years old and pretty big. gonna put liek a king bed in there plus a couch. so excited!

2006 is here!! yeah i'm a little late, but wow this holiday passed by way too fast and now its already two weeks into second term! crazy stuff...but i have a feeling winter term is gonna go by even faster, so i'm gonna try to make the best of it.anyway...my first term of uni was overall an exciting experience, and i guess the best part of it was meeting and getting to know so many people =) living away from home has been such an awesome experience and i can't wait for the next four years which i kinow will also FLY by. i guess through all that i've learned how to better balance all the diffferent things in life, and it hasn't been easy to do that but i'm gonna try harder this temr hopefully...to study more and be more disciplined AND get those marks up =)

anyway, Christmas this year was pretty good, even though the bluemoutain trip didn't work out =( but yeah, WORKED till the 31st and then celebrated new years w/everyone @aarons (countdown,WIZARD,poker,quiddler, and drinking till my face was like a tomato--which isn't very much)

anyway,
since school's started, i've realized that i'm REALLY REALLY KLUTZY!!! i don't know..i think i'm getting early amnesia and i forget almost everything even if ppl just told me a minute ago..oh man..its so bad!! so yeah, my sister came to visit last week and stayed for the week since char wans't back yet, and we decided to go shopping. so while waiting for the bus, i was really bored and started bending my ONEcard and then..i guess cuz it was COLD outside it broke into 3 pieces! =( poor card..and the stickers were holding it together so i ended up getting on the bus with it..andthen trying to get into prism with it..and then going to get another one. lol..if everyone was me, the one card office woudl be BROKE printing new cards and the dining hall would also from buying new dishes. haha on wednedsay i broke a plate !! and a few of us have tried getting back at the dining hall for horrible over-pricing by "borrowing" some plastic cutlery and napkins. and ketchup and salt and pepper =D

can't wait till reading week!! till then...i've gotat get tons of work done..and acutally try to do my new years resolution of getting my marks up and keeping up with the work!
yup..so thats the update..and also i'm still employed at ToysRus but am gona be there like twice a month :D sweett. oh yeah..and i joined the RAC waterpolo team!!! willison a3n& a2n (the HOT FLOOR) will be playing thursday nights...and DU@L is back!! DU@L stands for Debating Univeristy At Laurier and we basically just do formal debates eveyr week but the're pretty fun and not nerdy as it may sound!! hehe..we actually won a debate about tap water being better than bottled water and that the university shoudl have designated NAPPING TIMES every day for students..woudln't that be SWEET!! imagine getting to sleep in a class without being woken up by someone like LAURA ALLAN :D

mMmm...LASAGNA...just got back from dinner @chris's house with his parents and without chris...LOL. we had STEAK WRAPS! so good...
