hmmm.what can i say? i can't believe i'm going on a missions trip to Nashville/Atlanta tomorrow!!! its something i've wanted to do for a few years, and the perfect opportunity finally came this year. after months of preparation we're finally going!! time FLIES by...i don't know what to expect when we go and i don't wanna leave my friends and family..but it'll be a learning experience for me..hopefully i'll come back a little more mature *ha!* and a little more grown up *haha!*and a little closer to my best friend--Jesus! i'm feeling alot of things right now..mostly excited..i doubt i can sleep tonight..hafta wake up around 3:30am anyway..pick up cat, sharon, tim..and head to the airport to arrive by 5:45!!!! Nashville here i come!! be back in 10 days...
Chris: don't eat too much junkfood/fatstuff *its for your own good*. don't stay up too late (but don't sleep TOO much. clean your room and fold ur clothes the RIGHT way. don't worry about me. don't watch Dodgeball without me. drive safely. don't hurt yourself pleaseee. no drinking coke. don't miss me too much!!! *smiles* i love you!!

WOW! WHAT A WEEKEND! the word S-C-H-O-O-L is no longer a word in my vocab..at least for the past week and the next week or so...its amazing how fast time passes you by especially when you're having fun!! well..last week i went back to ward to make jewellery..and had some quality time to chat w/my art teacher..who got me all excited about next year!! can't wait..she's getting us a set of engraving stamps and all this cool stuff..and she's so inspiring..i wanna start my own business..and make jewellery part time when i grow up..haha i know i'm dreaming..but its soo fun!!! hmm thursday was the last dragonboat practice before the race on saturday, but it was really discouraging cuz it WAS our last practice and i did horrible. wasn't in the mood. well, got to see chris everyday last week which was a GOOD thing..and he came over for dinnner on thurs adn we made sushi!! hhehe still hafta make sushi for his parents for dinner before i leave =) 8 days until Atlanta! time is flying, and to be honest, i still don't feel like i'm ready..physically..cuz i hafta get in shape and go shopping for stuff..plus find time to pack and get some sleep! and spiritually..cuz i havetn' been doing my devos..having a prayer partner really helps, cuz he keeps me accountable and gives me something to do that isn't for myself..this week..i wanns spend more time with God and get prepared..cuz if we're not prepared..when the hard times come we can't overcome it. prayer isn't just for when we need something FROM God...we need him ALWAYS, and there isn't much we can GIVE him except to trust him. read his word. and share his LOVE with others. i pray that we'll go with open hearts and open minds..last year the mission team said that although they gave of themselves to the innercity kids..they brought back much more--LESSONS of LIFE that you can't learn and experience anywhere else but the missionfield..i don't know what to expect but i'm excited to find out!!!! =) 8 days!!!!!!

+ DRAGONBOAT season is finally OVER (not like i want it to be), but it is..and we had a HARD, EXHAUSTING, but AWESOME finish to the season by placing fourth at the Centre Island Races on Saturday! We definitely improved alot from Pickering, where we were a bunch of rookies who had never raced before. Centre Island was soo funn...got there at 8:30 in the morning..set up camp, and then spent some team time..slept, walked around the island, ate lunch, and prepped together for the races. Our first race we didn't do so good...but improved on the second one, and actually made it into DIVISIon A!!! that was a really big achievement..then A finals came..and we paddled our best..i believe that every single person there gave it their ALL...4/18 is pretty good..i remember our last race at pickering was 2:30 something...but we finished this one with 2:12:60!!!!!!!! can't wait to PARRRRRRRRTAAYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!! race hard, party hard! Thanks for everyone who came out to support us and watch us race...*smiles*

i guess its time to write a long long blog again! it's been sitting empty since i opened it on msn..talking on msn makes time pass so quickly cuz by the time i get to answer the next person it's been like 20 minutes! anyways..got to talk to esther..we haven't talked in sooooooo LONG...well it seems like a long time everytime i'm away from her *sigh* hehe..we realized how much alike we are AGAIN...i meann we know what each others is gonna say before we say it..or we say the same thing at the smae time..its so funniee!! we can have our own conversations w/out the other person. =) got some "big-sister" advice and stuff...i'm scared of afterparties now and definitely not going after prom...chris is gonna kill me anyways o.O hehehe well i'm really erally excited about prom still...hehe..i guess theres been a situation and i'm kinda helping out a friend by going too..and gona get to see all my friends who are graduating m'be some for the last time cuz we probably won't talk in the summer much =( i'll miss you guys!!! hmm anyways.update on the weekend....
+ saturday, went to Pickle Barrel for Pam's birthday..but then i started getting sick that morning so then i couldn't be as energetic as i could be..oh well.the food there was yummyyy.and it was funny watching josh and jimmy eat their monster sandwichess lol..i don't understand how the skinniest guys ever can fit so much in tehir stomachess!! and still never get FAT!!! on the other hand SOME GUYS...just get fat cuz they eat WAAAAAAAYYY TOOOOOOO MUCH!! *ahem* after that chilled at aaron's house and plyaed mahjong*whooohoo* i realize my cousin taught me how to play wrong..we used to play with cardsss in likee gr6 lol
+ sunday, went to church...it was really amazing to see so many peopel in teh eng congregation now..we had at least 80 people...which is really really GOOD for us!! the church is grownig so much...and Hosanna fellowship is growing so much as well..i dotn' wanna leave..i'll miss it..after so many years..even thoguh sometime i say that it's boring and i don't do much, i'l miss watching the kids grow up!! and they grow up FAST..i'll miss being "big sister" and then being the youngest in alethia..*sigh* time goes buy so fast...hm then after that me and adrian went to the BASIC softball practice..it was really fun!! got to practice muh second basing..and stuff..then all the NON-BASIC played against BASIC..hhahaa itw as all funn buhh i think we still kicked their butts! wel that was funn...and then i went home..and had the most emotional night ever...i dnot' know..i don't usually cry and it was really something that made me bring up the past, which is hard to talk about, because noone can understand what i've been through...but i was able to talk to him about it..a bit..*sigh* things ARE getting better..some because of him =) thanks for being there for me..you make it so much easier for me to go through LIFE in so many ways...things are gonna change for GOOD *smiles*
+ ahhh i think i'm not that sick anymore!! last night couldn't really sleeep kept waking up and coughing and stufff and i coudln't breathe..but i think people's prayers really helped =) on sunday, i prayed with one of my STM Team members and it was so comforting..to know that we can pray for each other as a team..and he was telling me a story about his two kids..how he doesn't think he spends enough time with them becuase he's a doctor and always away..and he just wants to be a good father and that children grow up so quickely..he doesn't want his kids to grow up not having spent time with their dad..and not knowing how much he loves them =) it made me wana cry!! hehe...aiii why am i so emotional lately?!?!

+ wow..i'm soo tired, and this day is only half over. This morning woke up at 8 to pack up stuff for Dyan's garage sale and get ready for the carnival..then went to drop off my stuff there, and went to Church. The carnival was sooo fun, but it was hot all day..lol. me and char went to art's office and hid behind the door and in the closet..then he came in and we scared him GOOD!!! it was sooo funny! carnival was wicked...it was mostly church people who came, but it was still a success!! got ERIC TWICE in a row in dunktank!!! hehehe =) hmm..then Chris came afterwards and we went to watch Shrek 2 --funniest movie EVER MADE!!! "weeeee i'm a real boy!!!" lol..then after that we went home and i got my new phone!! FINALLY!!!!! still using my old number, but my new phoen is soooo NICE!!! hehehehheeh i'm soo happy...no more getting made fun of for the ugly black non-colour fat peanut phone..*blech* gonna burn that thing ween i get all my numbers back.
+ hehee..thennn after that we went to Dyan's and picked up my leftover stuff from teh garage sale..made $32.50!!!! yayyyyyyyyy lol..then went with Chris to markville and spent $15 of it on three lipglosses..mangopeach, cranberry and another mango for my sis =) yhehehe then went to shoppers and got some make up *yay*
hmmm what else..now i'm at josh's house waiting tuh go to pam's b-day..and..i think he needs the comp soo i'm gone!!! *smiels*

there is only one word to describe mary ward at this time of year: CHAOS!!!! in the halls you can hear a mix of emotions: giggly girls saying their last goodbyes, couples openly making out in hall corners, nines and tens rushing to finish units and some being disappointed in having to go to summer school, juniors debating with their teachers about passing courses and smacking themselves for not learning NOT to procrastinate..and finally the seniors who's biggest worries are graduation speeches and prom plans. for me, i'm just glad the hardest week in my ENTIRE school year is OVER!!!!!!!!! the last two weeks have been the most stressful ever, with dragonboat practices and a night school exam on top of 30 + units to finish...as well as getting NO SLEEP, no MSN, barely any PHONE (which i just can't live w/out!), waiting in line to write tests, etc. at times i wanted to cry...it was so frustrating..well, all i can say is..the all-nighters paid off, but procrastination didn't, and i learned something for next year..NO PROCRASTINATING!!! (funny how we say that EVERY year--and it never happens) *sigh* hmm soo now i'm taking accoutning,math,eng in summer school, and finishing law&rel next year..gotta work soo hard next year to get into uni..its not gonna be easy at ALL! hmm.a.nywas...'nuff about that!

+ this weekend was the Regatta (Dragonboat Race in Pickering). had a super-FUN day at a park where 2000+ people went to race. There were 104+teams with at least 20 team members plus family and friends..so it was pretty crowded! the best thing was...our WONDERFUL coach CHRIS TODD got mary ward the job of making sure the porta-potties never ran out of tissue for those two days...how sweet of him o.O well, this weekend was one of the best experiences ever..we experienced losing, being disppointed, getting excited, getting smelly and wet with lake water, winning, paddling till we're exhausted and barfing--as a TEAM!!!! we really bonded alot...and the stuff we did during free time (ultimate frisbee) was wicked!! hehe..all i gotta say is..."porta!porta!porta! potty!potty!potty! chicken!chicken!chicken! wing!wing!wing!" Wolverines = Division B High School Champions!!!!! hm..hopefullythere will be pix up soon from the races!

+ oh yeah..happy one month to my muffin =) time passed so fast..its actually been alot longer, but it seems like no time at all..time flies when you're having fun!! hmm..everything is going great right now, we've never had a single fight about ANYTHING (i'm kinda worried), we get along and have anything and everything i mean EVERYTHING in common--even to our parents and our marks haa 85 to 58 in physics?!?!? ur WACK!!!!!!!!!! *smiles* i'm glad we're getting closer everyday, and i'm learning somethign about u everyday =) 143 (i love u--got it?) ahhahahaaaaaaaaaa
